File->Options->Scripts->ParAccel Analytic Platform-> Quoted Identifier is not working
This occurs for Win XP and 7
1. Go to File->Options->Scripts->ParAccel Analytic Platform->Quoted Identifier
2. Select " " to be the quoted identifier
3. Now select any table from and perform Script to New Window -> Select
You can see that the quoted identifier is not present
This problem is caused by SVN revision 28151 checked in on 7/17/12. SVN r28151 re-worked Options dialog and mis-configured ParAccel Scripts options using Generic JDBC related configuration variables. There are 4 databases' Script options were mis-configured by r28151:
nCluster: mis-configured using ParAccel Scripts variables
ParAccel: mis-configured using Generic JDBC Scripts variables
Generic JDBC: mis-configured using Netezza Scripts variables
Netezza: mis-configured using nCluster variables
All of them are fixed:
SVN r31654 - 12.0 branch
SVN r31657 - 13.0 branch
SVN r31658 - trunk
I tested above changes for nCluster, ParAccel and Netezza; not sure how to apply this test to Generic JDBC. For Netezza, 'Qualify Object w/ Schema' does not seem to apply, please double check with Ivan.
