decimal separator (,) of the result set are not replaced with '.' in insert into statement

1. Go to File->Options->Appearance and Change Decimal Separator to 123,45 and save the settings

2. Open a SQL Server 2008 Server and navigate to NORTHWIND database

3. Open a Query Window and execute below query

SELECT * FROM [dbo].[i_8680]

4. Select a few cells of the grid as in screenshot, Right click on the result set, select Paste to Window->INSERT Body

5. You can see that in the Insert statement that the , are not replaced by the .

Fixed Paste to Window actions to skip formatting column values.

Checked in to ADS-13.0.0 and trunk.
