DB2 users node is currently not displaying a complete list of users.  DB2 users are controlled at the OS level yet at the database level we use the should be using all the auth tables to compile the user list.  currently we are only using dbauth.  This creates an incomplete list.  we then need to extract/script all the new auth statements correctly and modify the GUI to support the objects.  This issue is linked to issue #8639
