Copy value with decimal separator (,) and paste displays (null) in Table Data Editor

Case 1

1. Go to File->Options->Appearance and Change Decimal Separator to 123,45 and save the settings

2. Open a SQL Server 2000 Server and navigate to NORTHWIND database

3. Open the Orders table in Table Data Editor

4. Copy the value 32,38 from Freight

5. Insert a new row

6. Paste the value and you can see that null is copied - See attached screenshot

Case 2

Also, if you copy the value 32,38 from Excel 2007 and paste it to the Column Freight it pastes (null)
