Does not populate table columns,when we change schema name for indexes.

Database version:Microsoft SQL Azure (RTM) - 11.0.2224.11

ADS version : ads-windows-x86-14.0-dev-41

Connect to azure->Go to any database->Under indexes tree nodes right click ->Create index ->Columns of default table will be displayed in "Indexed column" area.

Now change schema from the list,but make sure that schema does not have any table in it,so that "Indexed column" area become blank.

Switch back to default schema.It will not display the column details of the table in Indexed column area.

This also occurs in SqlServer.

I was able to reproduce in Azure and SQL Server. When you change the drop down, it does not initially display the indexes. Ivan can you fix this so that Nhi can make the change in Azure ?

issue fixed for all rdbms types. porting fix to 12, 13 & trunk
