This is a placeholder for Test Connection feature. The Test connection feature

• adds more diagnosis specific to a particular driver. For example Oracle OCI adds more diagnosis about the library and driver files.
• in addition to socket connection also tries to make a jdbc connection to the server;
• gives user more meaningful information about the errors.
