toggle breakpoint behavior should allow toggle where right click occurs

I am using v11.0.13 as my guide to correct behavior of the SQL Debuggers. 
 
In v11.0.13 the right click first functions like a left click, in that the line number and character position changes based on where your right click lands in the editor. For example:
 
 
1. Navigate to Sybase ASE 12.5 on 10.168.11.45 > example_data database > dbo.UserInfo  
2. right click on line #8 to set a breakpoint. Notice the line and character position is based on the right click, no left click needed to select the line
3. set several breakpoints via right click
4. right click on one of those breakpoints to toggle an existing breakpoint. Notice, the line and character position is based on the right click, no left click needed to select the line.
 
see my attached GIF Animation of v11.0.13 as a guide for correct behavior. All of the clicks in this screenrecording are right clicks. You can see the character positions changing in the editor status bar.
 
 
What's incorrect in v14.0.0:
 
In v14.0.0-alpha-21 a right click does not change the line number and character position ( as reported by the status bar at the bottom of the editor ) of the cursor, even if a breakpoint could be set at a right click location. Therefore, a breakpoint cannot be set by right click.
 
A right click on a line should allow toggle of a breakpoint on the line right clicked. ( unless it is automatically detected that such a line cannot have a breakpoint )
