Alter Sequence giving Cache Size required in PostgreSQL 8.4

To reproduce:

1. Open ADS and navigate to postgresql 84 server at 10.168.11.42

2. Go to the ivan database, expand the Sequences node. Alter a Sequence like change permission.

3. A dialog says you must specify cache size but all the fields are disabled
