Encountered on ADS 14-alpha-23.

When we try to register a mongo server using 'Register Server' window as follows:

1) Select 'Connect as' : 'Admin-Authenticate against admin DB'.

2) Leave 'Login Name' and 'Password' empty.

3) Specify proper 'Connection Type', 'Host', 'Port' information.

4) Click on 'Test Connection' or 'Save' buttons.

Expected behavior:

a) Alert should have been displayed mentioning 'Login Name' and 'Password' fields are empty.

Actual behavior:

a) No alert is shown, Server is registered.  (Pls refer to attached to screenshot no_alert_admin_auth.png)
