ADS does not script SQL Server 2012 column store indexes or table compression settings.
NOTES:
* CREATE and ALTER index dialogs do not support these features
* Currently ADS scripts columnstore indexes as non-clustered with an INCLUDE clause.
This is a new DDL statement as of 2012 release. Need to research to find out what can be done to support.

We'd be happy with breaking this into two phases if that makes implementation easier.
Phase 1) Support these features at the scripting level - VERY IMPORTANT
Phase 2) Add support into the CREATE/ALTER and properties dialogs. We never use these anyway. - LOW PRIORITY
