Tested on Latest build ADS V14-beta-32
For PDF Viewer , Ctrl+C does copy selected text, but when we paste it over Notepad/ Textpad or any other editor, it paste text multiple times.

The CTRL-C issue on PDF is actually a PDF specific issue which you can follow on issue 9422.
