Click on Close X Icon opens .sql file in Text Editor which is incorrect

We had implemented Double Clicking an .sql file to Launch in Query Window. Now if user wants to cancel operation by clicking on the X icon, it still opens a text editor

To reproduce:

1. Double click on a .sql file (If you are on MAC OS, drag and drop an .sql file to the Detail Tab. See screenshot attached)

2. ADS displays an Open File in .. Server dialog

3. Close the dialog by clicking on the X icon on the top left corner

4. Instead of closing the dialog, it opens up in Text Editor which is incorrect
