Allow setting formatting preferences like font size and alternating row color - "View as Spreadsheet"

The "View as Spreadsheet" capability always generates its .xls and .xlsx files with Arial 10 font. Users would like to customize some of the formatting/font settings of the generated spreadsheet files to pick different font sizes etc.

Consider also allowing alternating row color capability.
