Those data types are marked as non-editable because the Table Data Editor can't present the data in just a single cell. For example, BSONTimestamp requires two values, timestamp value and increment value, and we can't present two values in one cell.
What about to give user special edit masks for these functions? Also user can't set other value e.g. 1 or null and change type of such cells.
