I've not come across any other app that behaves this way. Typically, if the focus is switched to another app, the pop-up menu disappears. Please investigate if it is possible to fix the ADS behavior.

In my reproduction, ADStudio does not have focus when I right click within it. If you look at the GIF Animation you can see that the three menu dots at the top left within ADStudio do not become colored (focus indicator). The ADStudio frame also does not highlight to indicate it has focus.
Even so, right clicking inside ADStudio produces the popup giving the impression ADStudio does have focus. With the ADStudio popup menu visible you can drag other apps on top of the ADStudio Main App frame, but the right click context menu from ADStudio always stays above other apps, even when those apps have focus.
