Method : isCacheValid(String cacheKey)
Steps to reproduce :
1. Create a Project "Chart" in Aqua Data Server.
2. Go to AquaScripts Tab.
3. Import attached aquascript "isCacheValid.xjs".
4. Now open this aqua script and Click on Execute Button.
Actual Result : Chart is generated successfully but output of isCacheValid method is False. I have given TimeToLive 5 sec. in Cache method.
Observation: If we run same method in ADStudio, True is displayed as output.
This issue also occurs in ADServer V16.

Checked this issue in V15 (build-15.0.6), V14 (build-14.0.5) and V13 (Build 13.0.0), it occurs in all these versions.
