Easily find members by searching in: <username>, <first name> and <last name>.
Example: Search smith, will return results smith and adamsmith

When contacting support, please provide the following information:
a) Copy the technical information available in the Aqua Data Server page Admin -> Support (screenshot below)
b) Include any Aqua Data Server application logs, which are located in <USER_HOME>\.aquadataserver\logs
c) Include any Tomcat application logs, which are located in <USER_HOME>\aquadataserver\tomcat\logs
d) Include any JVM crash logs, which are located in the application installation folder.
e) Make sure to tell us the database server vendor and version you have problems with.
f) Include any screenshots to illustrate the problem, if applicable.
