Most of the user created content in Aqua Data Server exists in the context of a Project. As a user, your access is restricted to projects that you own or are a member of. The Projects area displays on the right side of the User Home page and lists every project you are a member of. The areas of the projects you have access to (Workspace, Query, AquaScripts, Servers, User Files, Scheduled Jobs, Members or Settings) display as links so you can quickly navigate directly into the section of that project you need to work with. On this page:
To begin leveraging Aqua Data Server's Data Warehouse, Reporting and ETL capabilities, you will first need to create a project. The project will house all your AquaScripts, server connections, user files and scheduled jobs. You will need the "Create Project" system permission in order to create a project.
As a member of multiple projects, some projects might not be relevant to you any longer. The Leave Project action allows you to remove yourself from the specified project. If you choose to leave a project, the ownership of any content that you created or were the owner of is transferred to the current project owner. Once you have left a project, the project will no longer be displayed in your "My Projects" tab and you will no longer have access to the project and its contents. Also, note that you cannot leave a project if you are currently its owner. Only administrators with the appropriate permissions can change project owners.
