Database - MapR Impala (Hive-0.13)

MapR-4.1,Connection Type: Impala ,Port: 21050

1.Connect to MapR Impala database.

2.Right click on MapR Impala database and go to "Tools" and select "ER Diagram Generator".

3.In "ER Diagram Generator-[Impala MapR]" window click on Next button.

4.Entity Relationship Diagram window open.

Actual Result - In the Object Properties pane of the ER Diagram window,RDBMS displayed "Apache Hive Cloudera/Impala 0.12" .

Expected Result - It should be "Apache Hive MapR/Impala 0.13".

(Note-For MapR-Impala I have used all drivers of hive-0.13 and I have uploaded all used drivers in QA-Dimentrix )

@ Tariq:

a] When connected with Impala, in ERD, we display version as

Apache Hive Cloudera/Impala 0.13
-Here 0.13 is hive version.

b] For MapR 4.1.0 - connected with Impala, it's displayed as
Apache Hive Cloudera/Impala 0.12

Expected is :
Apache Hive MapR/Impala 0.13
Reason: It's connected to MapR distribution, and MapR 4.1.0 has Hive 0.13

c] I also checked this with Cloudera -CDH 5.4.0 - connected with Impala, it's displayed as
Apache Hive Cloudera/Impala 0.13

This is wrong- As CDH 5.4.0 has Hive 1.1.0
Expected is: Apache Hive Cloudera/Impala 1.1.0
