There is a bigger issue going on here. We currently are not able to support the new drivers. I know when we did a driver upgrade for v19, Sachin told me not to upgrade the Redshift drivers. Don't remember the reason... It looks like as of 1.2.7 they split the drivers apart so we will need to investigate what changed. The drivers seem to work ok if I add them to my dev machine but not with a qa build.
