#15574: Update Amazon Redshift JDBC driver from 1.2.1.1001 to version 1.2.12.1017

1) Copy the redshift.jar driver to the build-lib directory(...\ADS\dist\apps\common\build-lib) from the Google drive.

2) Copy the redshift.jar driver to the lib directory(...\ADS\dist\apps\common\lib\drivers) from the Google drive.

3) Test compile, unit test and resolve issues. CoreRedshiftDriver.java will probably need to have SERVER_DRIVER_CLASS changed to use jdbc42.

4) Check the driver into svn. Make sure the commit message contains the following:

5) Do a end to end test of all ADS Amazon Redshift functionality.

New drivers are checked in revision no. 55975 in repository and will be available in build no. ADS19.5.0-dev-8
