It seems that the saving and setting of a layout for a frame in a 
docking framework doesn't persist the size and/or height of an invisible 
docked frame.  If I have a frame docked South, and I increase the 
height, then make it invisible, then make it visible again, then the 
height position is the same.  If I make the frame visible, then quit the 
application and save the layout, then restart the application and reset 
the layout, the height is correct.  But if I invisibilize the frame, 
quit the application, then load the application and set the layout, then 
visiblize the frame, the frame will have the default height again.
