Using my OS, I want to be able to double click on a file and have it launch Query Analyzer. We could do the following:
1) When ADS is invoked w/ a .sql file, then open a server dialog so the user can choose when DB server's Query Analyzer window, the file should open in.
2) If user clicks "Cancel" button, open the file in text editor

Some usability improvements to the "Choose Server" dialog
1) Change title from "Choose Server" to "Open File In... - Choose Server"
2) Change title of "Cancel" button to "Open in Text Editor"
3) Change title of "OK" button to "Open in Query Analyzer"
