#14268: ADS Charts - incorrect chart name in message when not enough series to render the chart

When using the “Show Chart” option from a query results window one is presented with a drop down list of different chart types.

When I select one I get information regarding a different type.

For example: I select the chart type “Map” and get the message “The Line 3D Chart requires 1 series to render”.

This is repeatable. For example choose the chart type “Area” and the message reads “The Bar Chart requires 1 series to render”.

In fact the only chart type that matches up with the correct error message appears to be “Column”.

Note: this issue occurs in both v16 & v17 but not in v15

Fix missing-series labels by moving ADS-related strings from VA's ChartLabels to ADS's ChartConstants
