1. Go to 10.1.1.70 Oracle v11g R2
2. Navigate to Management -> Jobs
3. Select SYS.J1 and right click and start Job.
4. You get below exception.
5. Also SCRIPT Object to Window-> Create gives the same exception
6. Alter the job SYS.MY_USER_COUNT_JOB and you get the same errors

ConnectionWrapper and WrapperConnection aren't castable to the oracle connection. Need to extract the oracle connection from these classes when they are instance of this class before passing it to the TIMESTAMPTZ method.
