Executing a query in QA for Greenplum with Show Execution Plan turned on will execute the query twice. This is mostly a problem when doing inserts and updates. Need to remove the analyze from the underlying explain to conform to Postgres strategy defined in #4904.

Scenario:

Launch Query Analyzer.
Write an INSERT query.
Turn ON Show Execution Plan.
Execute the query.
Perform a select * query on the same table.

Result: Single record is inserted in the table.
