Some users find the current size of the Edit Query Dialog Window too small. We should increase the default size as to what I've shown in the attached screenshot. In addition, lets persist the window size . This can be persisted globally, instead of on a per workbook basis.

We will statically increasing the size of the Edit Query dialog to 1000x700. ADS supports persisting the size of a "frame" but not of a dialog. Hence, if the user resizes the edit query dialog, its new size will not be persisted. See 1000x700 for the new size.
This is resolved in all operating systems - OSX, Win and Linux, Size is 1000 * 700. Verified in 18.0.8-6 and 19.0.0-dev-20
