Hi
The checkbox can be select and deselect by clicking on empty space (On both windows and linux)
steps:-
1. Connect to the server
2.click on tools
3.compare tools >>Schema synchronization
4.After getting "Schema compare result" click on "Schema synchronization "
5. On schema synchronization tab click on empty space beside checkbox and name

This behavior is present in the previous release of ADS and so is not an issue to be addressed now. However, I will leave this issue opened to be fixed in a subsequent release.
