Update the Microsoft driver from Microsoft 6.4.0jre8 to use version 7.2.0

1) Copy the sqljdbc42.jar driver to the build-lib directory(...\ADS\dist\apps\common\build-lib) from the Google drive.

2) Copy the sqljdbc42.jar driver to the lib directory(...\ADS\dist\apps\common\lib\drivers) from the Google drive.

3) Test compile, unit test and resolve issues.

4) Check the driver into svn. Make sure the commit message contains the following:

5) Do a end to end test of all ADS MSSQL and Azure functionality.

Additionally, add sqljdbc_auth.dll(x64) and sqljdbc_auth.dll(x86) to ...\ADS\dist\apps\datastudio\64bit and \ADS\dist\apps\datastudio\32bit from the Google drive.

QA comments: We have verified End to End cases for SQL server 2017 and Azure database on Ubuntu platform using ads-linux-x64-20.5.0-no-ofsc-dev-20,21 build. We found the following pre-existing issues #10688, #10689.
