User is having trouble creating procedures in Redshift and gets errors when using ";" Statement Separators.  Query works fine when using "GO" instead of semi-colon, but user wants to be able to use ";".

Using ";" also keeps "Stop on error" option (under Options-->Results) from working properly.  When not enabled the query should continue running to end but doesn't.
