Steps to reproduce:

Launch ADS v19.0.0-dev-21
Connect to any DB > Select to schema/Database from Schema browser which has 5-10 tables in each schema.
Right Click on selected schema > Select 'Schema Compare' > 'Schema compare tool' window opens
Check on 'Tables' from 'Schema Objects' > Observe List of tables is displayed > select only 1 table from both source & target schema.
click 'Compare' button > 'Schema Compare Results' opens up.
Click on 'Refresh' icon on top left on 'schema compare' tab > After refresh, click on 'Edit Compare' button available right next to refresh icon.
Click 'Yes' on 'Edit Compare' pop-up window.
Schema Compare Tool window opens again > Observe the list of tables on Source & Target schema.

Actual Result: The list of tables disappeared on clicking on 'edit compare' button after refreshing the schema compare results.

Expected Result: The list of tables should not disappears on clicking on 'edit compare' icon after refreshing the schema compare result.

Observations:

This issue is observed in all three OS.
'Edit Compare' icon is introduced on issue #15074

On Refresh, target objects that are not selected in Schema Compare dialog will be removed from the model object, see VA #5399 for details. This is why unselected target objects are not listed in the Schema Compare dialog launched via Edit Compare button.

I made change to not remove unselected target objects from the model object on Refresh so that those unselected objects will be displayed in the Schema Compare dialog launched by Edit Compare button.

Please note that unselected objects will never show up in Schema Compare Results panel. Also note that user can manually add/delete objects to/from server, these objects should be handled by refresh operation and reflected in Schema Compare dialog launched by Edit Compare button.
