Export Enhancements

With Aqua Data Studio Version 17.0, our Export functionality has been significantly enhanced and now enables you to export nearly any worksheet visualization in a variety of ways. You may export selective worksheets or the entire workbook at once and choose amongst multiple formats--Images, HTML or Excel Workbook.

Export to Image

You can now export visualizations as images and choose your output format--PNG, JPEG or BMP files. You may optionally display the worksheet title and specify the location of the color and shape legends in the image.

Visual Analytics can also automatically launch your default image viewer after exporting if you have selected the Open in image viewer after export check box.

Export to HTML

We've enhanced Export to HTML to support all worksheet visualizations. Table chart types are exported in HTML format and all other chart types are exported by first creating a PNG image and then embedding the image inside an HTML page. An index.html file is generated to allow you to conveniently navigate amongst all exported visualizations.

Visual Analytics can automatically launch your default browser after exporting if you have selected the Open in a browser after export check box.

Export to Excel (Table only)

You can now export Table chart types to an excel workbook. The table layout and formatting are preserved upon export. Individual worksheets are saved as separate tabs in a single excel workbook.
